Cancellation of an order by Seller :

We reserve the right, to cancel the order for any reason.
We make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in the product, pricing, and stock information.

Our Customer Care Team will communicate to you if all or any portion of your order is canceled. If your order is canceled, the said amount will be paid back into your account.

Cancellation of an order by Customer :

Once the order is placed, it is treated as irrevocable, But in a very special case the order can be reviewed and can be edited in terms of Qty & Items ordered, But it would solely be on the discretion of the seller. Once the order is placed with us the buyer cannot insist on any change in the order.

It may be noted that if cancellation of the order happens after authorization of the payment then it attracts the payment gateway service charge, in such a case the respective service charge shall be deducted and the balance paid back to the customer. You may kindly note that order cannot be canceled once the shipment process has started from our end.

We expect that no difference of opinion will happen from your side regarding the cancellation.
